Freqently Asked Questions

We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Below are some answers to some of the questions we get most often.

For weekly renters, check-in is anytime after 4 pm on Friday. Renters need to check-out by 11 am the following Friday.

A security deposit of 1/2 of the total balance is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

A cleaning fee of $125 is applied to all bookings.

All renters have access to the boat launch two doors down, as well as
private docking for your boat at our new dock. Any boat trailer may be
parked across the street in our lot.

All bedding linens are provided. All renters must bring their own
towels.

There is a fully equipped, electric kitchen available for use –
providing pots, pans, cups, plates, etc…
